We know that needing full time supports to live your best life is tricky. We aim to ensure that all our supports are delivered in such a way that your home remains that, your home and our staff work with and alongside you to create a wonderful home environment where you feel well supported and safe.

Our community access supports are as flexible as possible, we work from a values based perspective and can deliver supports at a time and day that supports your lifestyle choices. At this time transport is only available to participants who are able to travel in a standard car.

From January 2024, we will offer tailored person centred support co-ordination services. We will only be taking on supports for a small number of people so that we can ensure the quality of our service provision remains to a high standard. This service will only be offered to participants living in the Brisbane City Council, MOreton Bay and Sunshine Coast regions as we value being able to meet face to face to truly understand your needs.

From 2024 we are designing bespoke holiday programs for teens aged 13-25, with the focus on nature, camping, fishing and the beach. Please reach out for more information.
