Floresco Collective offers high-intensity supports for NDIS participants with complex needs.
Individuals can be funded as ‘Standard’ or ‘Higher-intensity’ by NDIS depending on their needs. Some of these needs can be (but not limited to):
– Complex Bowel Care
– Tracheostomy Care
– Stoma Care
– Enteral Feeding
– Wound Care
– Urinary-catheter Care
– Dysphagia and Mealtime supports
– Diabetes and Subcutaneous Injections
– Ventilator supports
Being funded for high-intensity supports means the participant requires care workers with specialised training in those care needs and experience.
Floresco Collective has a Registered Nurse in the team, who is an expert in assessing, planning, delivering care and training other direct care workers to support participants with complex needs, ensuring they receive the best evidence-based care, complying with NDIS Practice Standards.
Our care team are trained by an external, personalized organization and additional support is provided by our Registered Nurse for each of the complex needs.
We deliver high-intensity supports both in-home and in the community. Our support teams are tailored to each participant’s needs and wishes, ensuring they have choice and control of their lives.
Floresco Collective can also offer advice to advocate for individuals with insufficient funding to be supported according to their complex needs. Our management team is extremely experienced and can help with liaising with all the stakeholders to ensure the participants optimize the use of their funding.
