A small team, on purpose
Floresco Collective began with a simple idea: use our skills to build a service that is family-driven, personal and high quality. We are staying small so we can respond quickly and keep in touch.
Our Managing Director, Kellie Baigent, has worked in the disability sector for over 20 years, mostly in senior roles leading teams of direct care workers, case managers and executives.
